Elk carpaccio, with blueberries.
Olive oil ice cream.
Lobster bisque, which I drank out of an unbroken eggshell through a straw.
Tonight, it’s big portions of all kinds at The Hash House, where we’ll be celebrating Michelle’s last night of work there!
